I don't get the synogroup part, why would we need a group with all SynoCommunity's package users? During package installation, correct permissions will be set on the subdirectory only, not on the shared folder. I don't even know what I've done... I don't know if you changed any of that after completing the package installation, but if so, you'll have to correct the permissions yourself.
