Therefore, in Rubinius RDoc is not globally available in a project managed by bundler, it needs to be present in the application bundle. One could argue this is a separate issue, but I think that it's just another form of this same bug. Rubinius does not ship RDoc as MRI, but installs it as a gem, together with a few other ones.
