Do you have a file named "trusted-users"? i m getting same error. For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. You don't want your mail server configuration directory writable by everyone, as it is complaining about.

If you look at your sendmail.cf it has comments written into it to guide you in how to structure the names.
