Setup Cannot Copy The File _default.pif Windows Xp

Next I took out my CD RW and replaced it with a new one and tried installing again. But if it fails on different files that can also mean you have some bad RAM. One of the files I see quite often is 'pro_seg5.swf'. I keep getting errors about not being able to copy files, about 10 in a row now. get redirected here

it's indeed because of my CD. I can boot from USB i can choose drive c: during installation of windows. (tried format, delete, don't change file system). I get to the point that it is copying the files from my Win XP Pro cd. Take out one DDR memory stick when installing the Windows.4.

Could try a SkipDoctor or similar product to clean it up if that's the case.
