I was having problems installing XP Pro on new machine, reading your article prompted me to use my cdrom from my first computer that I had installed XP Pro on using Aborted and tried the LG and installed without any porblems. This can be just a case of finding the right place in the bios, or swapping the drives over in the cable connections.
