Was the 32 bit XP install done with the same DVD drive as the the 64 bit version? You probably need a Service Pack update after the install anyway and all or at least a lot of the real important files will get updated/replaced. I then accept the agreement by pressing F8. Windows 10 will need certain drivers for USB etc, but the motherboard will have to be fairly modern for it to work fully. maybe that can solve your problems.
